Order Processing
- Orders typically process within 2-3 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time (see product pages).
Rates & Delivery
- Rates calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Delivery times vary by carrier and location; carrier delays are outside our control.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.
Lost / Damaged Packages
If an order is marked “Delivered” but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We’ll assist where possible.

Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Non-returnable items: custom/personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@rrohome.com for a Return Authorization.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address with RA number.
- After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds & Costs
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different item? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange when eligible.
