Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Orders typically process within 2-3 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time (see product pages).

Rates & Delivery

• Rates calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Delivery times vary by carrier and location; carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.

Lost / Damaged Packages

If an order is marked “Delivered” but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We’ll assist where possible.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Non-returnable items: custom/personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@rrohome.com for a Return Authorization.
2. Ship the item(s) to the provided return address with RA number.
3. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds & Costs

• Original shipping is non-refundable.
• Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange when eligible.
